Shandong Province successfully held the first college students’ Intelligent Horticultural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

In order to urge the growth of our country’s intelligent horticultural property and stimulate the renovation potential and entrepreneurial energy of college students, Shandong Provincial government held the first college students intelligent horticultural renovation entrepreneurial competition. The contest, co-sponsored by Shandong Horticultural Society, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and a well-known university, attracted more than 100 players from dozens of universities across the country to sign up.

With the theme of “Smart Gardening, Renovating the Future”, the competition aims to encourage and encourage college students to connect their knowledge with real horticultural property through the process of competition, and contribute their youth to the growth of smart horticultural property in China. The content of the competition covers intelligent gardening, biological technology, agricultural Internet of Things, agricultural big data and other scales, and the participating teams need to be selected in these scales for a target policy, and open deep research and practice.

In the two-month competition process, the participating teams enrich their professional knowledge and skills, conduct in-depth research on the selected theme, and optimize the renovation plan. Through the process of online submission of works, offline roadshows and other situations, it fully reveals the strange renovation ideas and solid professional literacy of college students. After the grumpy competition, the fact  in the next day, a university team relied on the excellent inspiration, won the first prize of this competition.

The success of this competition not only provides a platform for college students to reveal their harmonious renovation ability, but also helps to urge the growth of our country’s intelligent horticultural property. The relevant part of Shandong Province suggested that such competitions will continue to be held in the future to further stimulate the vitality of college students, improve the depth of production, learning and research, and contribute more strength to the ancient agriculture of China.

The success of the college students’ intelligent horticultural renovation entrepreneurship competition has enriched the improvement of China’s advanced teaching and renovation ability, as well as the face of the comprehensive quality of students.
